Unused Commitment definition

Unused Commitment means at any date, with respect to any Bank, an amount equal to its Commitment less the aggregate outstanding principal amount of its Syndicated Loans (but not its Money Market Loans).
Unused Commitment means, with respect to each Lender at any time, (a) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment at such time minus (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Advances made by such Lender (in its capacity as a Lender) and outstanding at such time, plus (ii) such Lender’s Ratable Share of (A) the aggregate Available Amount of all the Letters of Credit outstanding at such time and (B) the aggregate principal amount of all Advances made by each Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 2.03(c) that have not been ratably funded by such Lender and outstanding at such time.
Unused Commitment means, on any day, (a) the then Total Commitments minus (b) the sum of (i) the principal amount of Loans then outstanding (including the principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding), and (ii) the then Letter of Credit Outstandings and (iii) the then unreimbursed Acceptances.

  • All Unused Commitment Fees shall be payable quarterly in cash on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter (in arrears through the last day of the immediately preceding quarter) and on the Term Loan Commitment Termination Date.

  • Accruing from the Closing Date until the Term Loan Commitment Termination Date, the Borrowers agree to pay to the Lender a nonrefundable unused commitment fee (the “Unused Commitment Fee”) equal to the Unused Commitment Fee Rate (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) multiplied by the average daily difference between (i) the Term Loan Amount and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Term Loans actually funded under the Term Loan Facility.
