U.S. Sublimit definition

U.S. Sublimit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(a).
U.S. Sublimit means $280.0 million as such amount may be increased from time to time in accordance with Section 2.23 or as may be increased or decreased from time to time in connection with Section 2.10(d).
U.S. Sublimit means $330.0 million as such amount may be increased from time to time in accordance with Section 2.23 or as may be increased or decreased from time to time in connection with Section 2.10(d).
