Inventory Sublimit definition

Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.
Inventory Sublimit means (a) during the period commencing on December 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on August 31 of such fiscal year, $30,000,000, (b) during the period commencing on September 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on October 31 of such fiscal year, $20,000,000 and (c) during the period commencing on November 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on the last day of DecemberNovember in such fiscal year, $12,500,000.
Inventory Sublimit means $3,000,000.

  • Subject to the overall Maximum Aggregate Credit Amount set forth above and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on and after the Closing Date, Lenders severally and not jointly may make Loans to Dealers with respect to pre-owned units of inventory; provided that such cash advances shall not exceed the Pre-Owned Inventory Sublimit and must comply with the pre-owned inventory advance terms set forth herein.

  • If a Maximum Revolver Amount Increase occurs, the Agent and Lenders will, in good faith, consider the Borrower’s request to increase the Inventory Sublimit.


More Definitions of Inventory Sublimit

Inventory Sublimit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
