Upper Scale Hotel definition

Upper Scale Hotel means a (x) hotel that is ranked as “upper upscale” or better in the chain scale segment by Xxxxx Travel Research (STR) or that is ranked in the “upscale” segment or better by X.X. Power and Associates North America Guest Satisfaction Index Study and that is within the market price segments defined by STR as representing the top 30% of average room rates in the New York, New York metro STR market or (y) a hotel that is a boutique hotel with no chain affiliation that meets the quality level standards set forth in the preceding clause (x). If the hotel rankings published by both Xxxxx Travel Research and X.X. Power and Associates North American Guest Satisfaction Index Study are discontinued, the parties shall mutually agree upon another substantially similar publication which ranks hotel chains based upon substantially similar criteria such as performance and services.

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Marriott means Marriott International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any Affiliate thereof.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Shopping mall means an enclosed public walkway or hall area that serves to connect retail or professional establishments.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Footprint means the track width multiplied by the wheelbase as stated in the certificate of conformity and defined in sections 2.1 and 2.3 of Annex I to Directive 2007/46/EC;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.
