UoA Program definition

UoA Program means a program of UoA which is covered by an Annexure to this Agreement.

Examples of UoA Program in a sentence

  • Students enrolled in a the Partner Institution Program at the date of termination or expiry of this Agreement will, notwithstanding such termination or expiry, be permitted to transfer into the relevant UoA Program in accordance with this Agreement for a period of 2 years after termination or expiry.

  • ANNEXURE A – [INSERT NAME OF UOA PROGRAM] (X + X Pathway) (e.g. 1+2 Pathway) (provide as many Annexures as Programs involved – Annexures will be included in the Agreement) The Academic Requirement for admission to the UoA Program under this pathway and the corresponding Credit is set out in the table below.

  • A student who satisfies the Academic Requirements for a UoA Program before the date of amendment or deletion under clause 3.6 will be permitted to transfer into that UoA Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement applying before such amendment or deletion.

  • Under this Agreement, UoA will grant credit towards a UoA Program in accordance with the Annexure for that UoA Program.

  • Please ensure the accompanying email specifies which set of APRs are being used (i.e. the year) – LQS staff please delete upon sign-off The Academic Requirement for admission to the UoA Program under this pathway and the corresponding Credit is set out in the table below.

  • Academic Requirement means the academic pre-requisite for a UoA Program as set out in the Annexure for that UoA Program.

  • A student who satisfies the Academic Requirements for a UoA Program before the date of amendment or deletion under clause 3.6 will be permitted to articulate into that UoA Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement applying before such amendment or deletion.

  • The Academic Requirement for admission to the UoA Program under this pathway and the corresponding Credit is set out in the table below.

Related to UoA Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • the Programme means the Government programme for delivery of smart metering in Great Britain. The Programme is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy, including establishing the commercial and regulatory framework to facilitate the roll-out;

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Transitional living program means a residential program that may be attached to an existing facility or operated solely for the purpose of assisting children to develop the skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living. The program may include, but shall not be limited to, reduced staff supervision, vocational training, educational services, employment and employment training, and other appropriate independent living skills training as a part of the transitional living program;

  • Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Service program or “service” means any medical care ambulance service or nontransport service that has received authorization by the department.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Program of study means a curriculum that requires a candidate to demonstrate and document competency in the specific knowledge, skills, and dispositions for a particular endorsement to an educator’s license, a licensure content area, or level of licensure, and is:

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
