Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee Fees definition

Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee Fees means all reasonable compensation, fees, expenses, disbursements and indemnity claims, including, without limitation, attorneys’ and agents’ fees, expenses and disbursements, incurred by the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustees under their respective Unsecured Notes Indenture(s), whether before or after the Petition Date or before or after the Effective Date.
Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee Fees means the reasonable compensation, fees, expenses, disbursements and claims for indemnity, subrogation, and contribution including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, financial advisors’ fees, and agents’ fees, expenses and disbursements, incurred by or owed to the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee, whether prior to or after the Petition Date, and whether prior to or after the consummation of the Plan, under the Unsecured Notes Indenture.
Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee Fees means any reasonable and documented fees, costs, expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Unsecured Notes Documents, including, without limitation, (a) any reasonable and documented fees, costs, expenses and disbursements of the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee’s attorneys, advisors (including, without limitation, financial advisors), agents and other professionals and (b) any reasonable and documented fees, costs, or expenses for services performed by the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee in connection with distributions made pursuant to this Plan, in each case, whether prior to, on or after the Petition Date, but prior to the Effective Date.

  • The Debtors and Reorganized Debtors shall have no obligation to pay Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee Fees that may be incurred after the Effective Date.

  • Subordinated Notes Indenture means that certain Subordinated Debenture Indenture between DH (f/k/a NGC Corporation) and First National Bank of Chicago, as Debenture Trustee, dated as of May 28, 1997 (as amended, restated and supplemented through the Petition Date).
