Unpolluted definition

Unpolluted means having constituents less than the specified limits of polluted waters.
Unpolluted means not containing any pollutants limited or prohibited by the effluent standards in effect, or water whose discharge will not cause any violation of receiving water quality standards as provided under G.L. c.21, §27 and as set forth in 314 CMR 1.00 et seq.
