Unofficial File means a file that may contain notes or documents held by a supervisor.
Unofficial File any collection of information on a bargaining unit employee not identified either by regulation or statute.
Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.
Official Statement means the Official Statement for the Bonds, as described in Section 17 hereof.
Official use means use by an employee, agent, or designated representative of the Federal Government or one of its contractors in the course of his employment, agency, or representation.
Final Official Statement means the deemed final Official Statement, dated , 2023, which constitutes the final official statement delivered in connection with the Bonds, which is available from the MSRB.
Official compendium means the official United States Pharmacopoeia National Formulary, official
Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Bill, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Bill in accordance with the by-laws, standards, and Rules of the Canadian Payments Association.
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an
Official Sign means a sign required by or erected under any statute or by-law or other directive of any federal, provincial or municipal government or agency thereof or any board or commission and shall include a permanent sign erected on a public road allowance to inform the public of the location of Business Improvement Areas, public buildings, hospitals, public libraries, institutions, places of worship, parks, recreational or educational facilities;
Official stamp means a physical image affixed to or embossed on a tangible record or an electronic image attached to or logically associated with an electronic record.
Risk Disclosure Statement the risk disclosure statement provided by the Broker to the Client before the opening of the Account and/or from time to time in form prescribed by the SFC from time to time with the current version set out in Part IV;
Official certificate means any form of certification, either written or print- ed (including that prescribed in § 58.18) used under the regulations in this sub- part to certify with respect to the in- spection of dairy processing plants and the inspection, class, grade, quality, size, quantity, or condition of products (including the compliance of products and packaging material with applica- ble specifications).
Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means
Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Official map means a map drawn by municipal authorities and recorded in
Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.
Official Gazette means the Official Gazette of the Government;
official form means a form established by the International Bureau or any form having the same contents and format;
Company Circular means the notice of the Company Meeting and accompanying management information circular, including all schedules, appendices and exhibits to, and information incorporated by reference in, such management information circular, to be sent to Company Shareholders in connection with the Company Meeting, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Official sample means a sample of feed taken by the director in accordance with section 7. (ee) "Percent" or "percentage" means the percentage by weight.
Disclosure Statement means the written disclosure statement that relates to this Plan, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3017, as such disclosure statement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Disclosure Certificate means this Continuing Disclosure Certificate.
Official Order means an order issued on the Contractor, whether on paper or by electronic means, which conveys the essential details of a particular service requirement under the Contract and includes any methods of ordering the Services specifically, referred to in the Contract.
Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.
Preliminary Official Statement means the Preliminary Official Statement relating to
Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.
official computer system means a computer system maintained by or on behalf of the authority for the sending, receiving, processing or storing of any information.
