Unallocated Reserve definition

Unallocated Reserve means the notional reserve described in sub- paragraph 20.4(b).
Unallocated Reserve means the portion of the Trust Fund that consists of shares of Company Stock (and dividends attributable thereto) that were acquired with the proceeds of an Exempt Loan and that are held in suspense pending allocation to Accounts.
