Excess Collections definition

Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.
Excess Collections means, with respect to any Payment Date, any Available Funds remaining after the distributions have been made pursuant to Section 2.08(a)(i) through (a)(viii) or Section 2.08(f)(i) through (f)(vi) of the Indenture.
