UK Share Charge definition

UK Share Charge means shall mean a Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit M-3-2, among the Parent Borrower and the Collateral Agent.
UK Share Charge means the charge over shares, governed by English law, dated as of the Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Agent, as the same is amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time.
UK Share Charge shall have the meaning provided in the definition of Pledge Agreement.

More Definitions of UK Share Charge

UK Share Charge has the meaning specified in the Conditions Precedent to Initial Credit Extension.
UK Share Charge means, any Collateral over the shares in a UK Loan Party, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, made by a Loan Party in favor of Agent.
UK Share Charge means, (a) the Security Over Shares Agreement, dated May 14, 2021, by Quantum in favor of Agent, and (b) any other Collateral over the shares in a UK Loan Party, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, made by a Loan Party in favor of Agent.

UK Share Charge means the Share Charge to be executed and delivered by the U.S. Borrower in connection with the pledge of shares of the UK Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
UK Share Charge means each English law-governed share charge entered into by a UK Guarantor or any other Credit Party, as may be applicable from time to time.
