For the avoidance of doubt, Swing Line Loans made to the U.K. Borrower shall be made under the U.K. Borrower Sublimit, Swing Line Loans made to the Designated Borrowers shall be made under the Designated Borrower Sublimit and Swing Line Loans made to the Company shall be made under the Revolving Credit Facility.
For the avoidance of doubt, each of the U.K. Borrower and any Designated Borrower shall be required to make payments in respect of its Loans and Commitments to the extent provided for under this Agreement, whether or not such payment is required to be made by the Company or by any Borrower.
For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any other provisions set forth herein, (i) the U.K. Borrower shall only be required to provide Cash Collateral hereunder on account of Letters of Credit issued under the U.K. Borrower Sublimit (if any) and (ii) the Designated Borrowers shall only be required to provide Cash Collateral hereunder on account of Letters of Credit issued under the Designated Borrower Sublimit (if any).
