Type B Certification definition

Type B Certification means receipt of a type of a Type B certificate from the Certification Authority to be obtained for the T8x from Certification Authority as described in Guidelines for the Certification of Wind Turbines by Germanischer Xxxxx, as may be amended from time to time;

For the avoidance of doubt if a Borrower Party is the Controlling Class Representative or a Controlling Class Certificateholder, such Person (A) shall be prohibited from having access to the Excluded Information solely with respect to the related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan and (B) shall not be permitted to exercise voting or control, consultation and/or special servicer appointment rights as a member of the Controlling Class solely with respect to the related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan.
