Initial Certification definition

Initial Certification. As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

Initial Certification. The certification substantially in the form of Exhibit One to the Custodial Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Certification

Initial Certification. With respect to each Custodian, the certification required to be executed by such Custodian and delivered on the Closing Date to the Depositor and the Trustee in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit G pursuant to Section 2.02 of this Agreement.

Initial Certification. A certification as to the completeness of each Indenture Trustee’s Mortgage File prepared by the Indenture Trustee, and provided by the Indenture Trustee within sixty (60) days of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.06(b)(ii) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
