Trust Guarantee Trustee definition

Trust Guarantee Trustee means The Bank of New York, until a Successor Trust Guarantee Trustee has been appointed and has accepted such appointment pursuant to the terms of this Trust Guarantee and thereafter means each such Successor Trust Guarantee Trustee.
Trust Guarantee Trustee for purposes of this Section shall include any predecessor Trust Guarantee Trustee; provided, however, that the negligence, willful misconduct or bad faith of any Trust Guarantee Trustee hereunder shall not affect the rights of any other Trust Guarantee Trustee hereunder. The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of this Preferred Trust Securities Guarantee.
Trust Guarantee Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking corporation, until a Successor Trust Guarantee Trustee has been appointed and has accepted such appointment pursuant to the terms of this Trust Guarantee and thereafter means each such Successor Trust Guarantee Trustee.
