The Holder of an Administrative Claim, other than a Holder of an Other Administrative Claim, a Holder of a Roll-Up DIP Loan Superpriority Claim, or a Holder of an Administrative Claim that has been Allowed on or before the Effective Date must File and serve on the Debtors, the Claims and Solicitation Agent, and the U.S. Trustee, proof of such Administrative Claim by the Administrative Claims Bar Date.
On the Effective Date or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, the Reorganized Debtors shall pay all U.S. Trustee Fees that are due and owing on the Effective Date.
