Triple Test definition

Triple Test means a sum equal to the lessor of (i) 10% of the original principal proceeds of the bonds of any particular issue, (ii) the highest combined principal and interest requirements for any succeeding fiscal year on such bonds, or (iii) 125% of the average amount of principal installments and interest becoming due in any fiscal year on such bonds.
