Trigger Percentage definition

Trigger Percentage means, in relation to a Share and, if so specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, a Trigger Event Observation Date, the percentage specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Trigger Percentage means the trigger percentage specified in respect of the Reference Entity (or if no such trigger percentage is specified, 5.25 per cent.).
Trigger Percentage means (i) in the case of any Distribution Date prior to ___ Distribution Date, ___%, (ii) in the case of any Distribution Date on and after the ___ Distribution Date but prior to the ___ Distribution Date, ___%, (iii) in the case of any Distribution Date on and after the ___ Distribution Date but prior to the ___ Distribution Date, ___%, (iv) in the case of any Distribution Date on and after the ___ Distribution Date but prior to the ___ Distribution Date, ___% and (v) in the case of any Distribution Date on and after the ___ Distribution Date, ___%.

  • As of the date of these Final Terms, the Trigger Percentage is indicatively set at 160 per cent.

Trigger Percentage means 20.4% of the Company’s outstanding share capital.
