Date Prior definition

Date Prior means, in respect of any Obligor, the date which is the last day of the regulatory year of such Obligor before the next price determination for such Obligor takes effect.
Date Prior. ’ means at any time the date which is one day before the next Periodic Review under and as defined in the Instrument of Appointment;
Date Prior. ’ means, at any time, the date which is one day before the next Periodic Review Effective Date;

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
