Tribute Disclosure Letter definition

Tribute Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been delivered by Tribute to Pozen prior to the execution of this Agreement.
Tribute Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter of Tribute dated June 8, 2015 regarding the Transaction Agreement that has been delivered by Tribute to Pozen.
