TPP Benefit Service definition
TPP Benefit Service means the sum of the Member’s (1) Benefit Service accrued during a Plan Year commencing on or after January 1, 2000, in which his Plan benefit formula election was the TPP Formula, (2) Benefit Service accrued prior to January 1, 2000, as set forth in Section 4.01(a)(v), and (3) Benefit Service accrued under the provisions of Section 2.02(c), Section 2.02(d), or Section 2.02(e) as set forth in Section 4.01(a)(vii). Notwithstanding any Plan provisions to the contrary and unless otherwise provided in an Appendix hereto, effective as of December 31, 2016, all TPP Benefit Service accruals shall cease.
