Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.
Usage directions means the text or graphics on the product's principal display panel, label, or accompanying literature which describes to the end user how and in what quantity the product is to be used.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Advance directive means a document that contains a health care instruction or a power of attorney for health care.
Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.

Procurement Director or “System SCM Director” shall mean the System Director of Supply Chain Management who serves as chief procurement officer for the CCH.
Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.

Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
