Total Reimbursement definition

Total Reimbursement. The dollar amount equal to the sum of all reimbursements received by the Local Agency from the State Agency in a given period of time. Unallowable Expenditure, Unallowable Program Expenditure, Unallowable Cost: The dollar amount of disbursement made by the Local Agency which is not reasonable and necessary to the program, or which is defined as unallowable by USDA regulations, or which has not been budgeted. WIC Program means the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. (7 CFR part 246)
Total Reimbursement means the Revenue Reimbursement plus Set-up Costs.
