TOP Charge definition

TOP Charge has the meaning given in Schedule 4. Track has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Train has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
TOP Charge for a Year means the amount which is the sum of the “TOP Charge” (as defined in paragraph (b) of this definition) for each Train Service Type for the Year; and

Examples of TOP Charge in a sentence

  • The obligations of a party (other than an obligation to pay money, including a TOP Charge) are suspended during the time and to the extent that a party is prevented from or delayed in complying with its obligations for reasons of Force Majeure.

  • The obligations of a party (other than an obligation to pay money, including a TOP Charge, Innovation Charge and Efficiency Charge (as applicable)) are suspended during the time and to the extent that a party is prevented from or delayed in complying with its obligations for reasons of Force Majeure.
