SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended
Implementing Regulation means the Regulation (EEC) No 574/72 of the Council laying down the procedure for implementing Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 on the application of social security schemes to employed persons, to self-employed persons and to their families moving within the Community and includes amendments and adaptations from time to time applicable thereto;”
Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
EU Regulation means a regulation within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;
Market Abuse Regulation means the EU Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014).
Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No. 103 of 1977);
ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.
public regulation means any national, provincial or local government legislation or subordinate legislation, or any licence, tariff, directive or similar authorisation issued by a regulatory authority or pursuant to any statutory authority;
the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
AIFM Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013.
the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;
CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.
Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations annexed to, or regarded as being annexed to, the most recent International Telecommunication Convention which may be in force at any time.
Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 85 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020.
EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.
UCITS Regulations means the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective
Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;
CRD IV Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 26, 2013, as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.
