Title property definition

Title property means, for the purposes of this chapter only, property with a title such as motor homes, mobile homes, boats, motorcycles, and vehicles.
Title property. (or collectively, the “Title Properties”) means each Oil and Gas Property designated in Exhibit 1.1.1 - Part B to the Agreement.
