Title Encumbrances definition

Title Encumbrances has the meaning assigned to that term in sub-clause (j) of the definition of "Permitted Encumbrances".
Title Encumbrances means the Encumbrances listed in Schedule 17 – Title and Title Encumbrances and any other Encumbrance consented to by the Ministry and reasonably required in connection with the development of the Bypass and the Project Operations.

  • Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory to the Acquiror as determined pursuant to Section 2.2.
