TIF Administrative Fee definition

TIF Administrative Fee means the annual administrative fee for the TIF Fund, as described in Section 4.2(d).
TIF Administrative Fee means an amount equal to the greater of $5,000 per year or 1% of the TIF Proceeds deposited into the Special Allocation Fund hereunder from time to time during the Term.
TIF Administrative Fee means an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the TIF Revenues deposited into the Project Area 3 TIF Revenue Fund hereunder from time to time during the Term.

  • The revenues received from the Incremental Real Property Taxes, less the TIF Administrative Fee (defined below in Section 4.2(d)), constitute the "TIF Proceeds".

  • Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter means that certain Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter dated as of January 13, 2010 by and among the Administrative Agent, International Paper and Borrower, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Disbursement Rate means an annual rate of interest, as of the date of determination, equal to the greater of (a) eight percent (8%) and (b) the per annum rate for ten (10) year U.S. Treasury Obligations as published in The Wall Street Journal plus three hundred (300) basis points; provided, however, that in no event shall the Disbursement Rate exceed eleven and one-half percent (11.5%).

  • Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Designated Disbursement Account means the account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or its Affiliate and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent as the Borrower’s Designated Disbursement Account (or such other account as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree).

  • Administrative Agent Account an account designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Lender Fee Letter means each fee letter agreement that shall be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Servicer and the applicable Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.

  • Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.

  • Administrative Purchase Payment means, with respect to a Payment Date and to an Administrative Receivable purchased by the Seller or the Servicer as of the end of the related Collection Period, the sum of (a) the unpaid principal balance owed by the related Obligor in respect of such Receivable and (b) interest on such unpaid principal balance at a rate equal to the APR of the related Receivable from the date of last payment by such Obligor to the last day of such Collection Period.
