The Introduction definition

The Introduction. ; means the initial receipt of the CV as being acceptance of the Client being solely represented by Agility Resourcing LTD for a period of six months from the date of submission
The Introduction means the Client’s interview of the Candidate or the passing to the Client of a Curriculum Vitae or other information which identifies the Candidate and which leads to the permanent employment of the candidate.
The Introduction means the provisions set out in Part I.
