The Introduction definition

The Introduction means the Client’s interview of the Candidate or the passing to the Client of a Curriculum Vitae or other information which identifies the Candidate and which leads to the permanent employment of the candidate.
The Introduction. ; means the initial receipt of the CV as being acceptance of the Client being solely represented by Agility Resourcing LTD for a period of six months from the date of submission
The Introduction means the provisions set out in Part I.

  • The Introduction shall be considered an integral part of these Anti-Doping Rules.

  • The Introduction Fee calculated in accordance with clause 3.3 below is payable if the Client Engages the Candidate within the period of 6 calendar months from the date of (a) the Introduction, (b) the Client’s withdrawal of an offer of Engagement or (c) the Candidate’s rejection of an offer of an Engagement, (whichever is the later).

  • The Introduction Fee is calculated in accordance with the attached Fee Structure Schedule based on the Remuneration applicable during the first 12 months of the Engagement.

  • The Introduction Fee shall be payable within 14 days of the date of the Agency’s invoice which shall be rendered once the Candidate commences the Engagement.

  • The Introduction and Article and Section headings herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction hereof.

  • NOTE: The Introduction section is for your general knowledge and is not to be construed as policy coverage criteria.

  • The Introduction should present a broad overview and present background information from your country on farmed aquatic species, their wild relatives and culture based fisheries.

  • Project Material means all Material:

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Introduction means (i) the passing to the Client of a curriculum vitæ or information which identifies the Candidate or (ii) the Client’s interview of a Candidate (in person, by telephone or by any other means), following the Client’s instruction to the Agency to search for a Candidate; and, in either case, which leads to an Engagement of the Candidate; and “Introduces” and “Introduced” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

  • Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • the Constitution means the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996

  • the/this Agreement means the agreement as set out in this document and the Appendices hereto;

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Introducer shall have the meaning as set put in paragraph 39.1 of this Client Agreement.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • illegal connection means a connection to any system through which a municipal service is provided and that is not authorized or approved by the Municipality;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Such activities include, but are not limited to, installation of building supports and foundations, laying of underground pipework, and construction of permanent storage structures. With respect to a change in method of operation, this term refers to those on-site activities, other than preparatory activities, which mark the initiation of the change.

  • Contract Material means all material created or required to be developed or created as part of, or for the purpose of performing, the Services, including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Introduce means to stock, plant, release or otherwise put an invasive species into the outdoor environment or use an invasive species in this state anywhere except within an indoor facility which is designed to physically contain the organism, including but not limited to a laboratory, greenhouse, growth chamber or fermenter.

  • Direct materials means those materials that enter directly into the end product, or that are used or consumed directly in connection with the furnishing of the end product or service.

  • Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;
