the Additional Land definition

the Additional Land means means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Land known as the Bunkers, Old Hampstead Town Hall, 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, London NW3 4QP and edged red on the plan attached at Annex E making up the part of the permanent site of the Academy or the part of such land remaining in the ownership of the Academy Trust
the Additional Land means the land used as a children’s play area and shown edged blue on the Plan.

Examples of the Additional Land in a sentence

  • Portions of the Additional Land may be added to the Project at different times without any limitations.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, prior to handing over of the Additional Land by the Authority to the Concessionaire, by way of Lease under this Clause 10.1, the Parties shall agree to amend the land lease agreement provided in Scheduled G, to include Additional Land.

  • If Aurizon Network secures an Additional Land Interest in respect of Additional Land under this clause 3.4, then the Extension Land will be varied to include the Additional Land on the date the Landholder secures the Additional Land Interest.(a) Promptly following a variation to the Extension Land under this clause 3.4, the Landholder must give the Trustee a revised version of schedule 1 which incorporates that variation and that revised version of schedule 1 is taken to replace the existing schedule 1.

  • All or any part of the Additional Land may be added to the Project without any limitations whatsoever, save and except that all additional Units created must be restricted to multi family residential housing limited to one family per dwelling unit.

Related to the Additional Land

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

  • Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Contractor-acquired property means property acquired, fabricated, or otherwise provided by the Contractor for performing a contract, and to which the Government has title.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
