Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification by the Purchaser and the Seller with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;
Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply
Memorandum of Understanding means that certain predecessor agreement between the Parties to develop this Joint Operating Agreement dated February 27, 2004.
Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.
Welcome Letter means the document entitled “welcome letter” containing important details about this group policy;
Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.
Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.
Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
Letter of Intent (LOI means an intimation by a letter to Bidder that their Tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter and hence to take preparatory steps and compliance of formalities to commence the work from the date desired by Owner.
Approval Letter means the letter from WRAS to the Applicant confirming the grant of WRAS Approval in respect of a Product;
Letter of Understanding means the written agreement signed by the School District and the Architectural Designer that describes, attaches, incorporates, or explains the Scope or Scope of Work, the Task Order, the Project Schedule or Work Schedule, the basis of the applicable Fee method, and other requirements for individual Projects assigned by the School District.
Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).
the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;
Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.
Local Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.
Offer Letter means the letter given to the Trainee providing him/her with an offer to join Infosys after the successful completion of the Program as a full-time employee in the capacity of a systems engineer, subject to terms and conditions contained in the offer letter.
Letter of Undertaking means the letter of undertaking from, amongst others, the Issuer and its Managing Directors to the Initial Purchaser, Investment Manager and the Trustee.
LETTER OF INTENT/FAX OF INTENT means intimation by a Fax/Letter to Tenderer(s) that the tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter.
Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:
Conciliation agreement means a written agreement setting forth the resolution of the issues in conciliation.
Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.
Reciprocal agreement means an agreement between this state and a higher education compact or 1 or more other states that allows participating colleges to provide distance education to residents of this state and other member states under this act.
