Termsheet definition

Termsheet means the termsheet summarising certain key details and amounts in relation to the Services.
Termsheet means the termsheet to be supplied by the Client to the Company specifying the Consideration, completion arrangements, quantity, quality and description of the Materials for each Project, in the form set out in Schedule I of this Agreement.
Termsheet means the termsheet dated 13 July 2020 entered into between the Company and the Steering Committee, as amended and restated by the termsheet dated 30 April 2021
