Proposal Letter definition

Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.
Proposal Letter means the letter agreement, dated November 27, 2020, among Borrower and Perceptive Advisors LLC, regarding the transactions contemplated hereby and the outline of proposed terms and conditions attached thereto.

More Definitions of Proposal Letter

Proposal Letter means a letter prepared by the Company outlining the technical parameters, the costs, and the commercial arrangements in response to a Customer’s application for a new extension.
