Terms of Subscription means these terms of Subscription, as amended from time to time; “Subscriber” means the Party who enters into a Subscription for the designated Sub-Domain, the LM Concept and/or Actee’s Apps;

  • Renewal Terms of Subscription shall commence on an anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • These General Terms of Subscription shall be governed by, and interpreted in line with the applicable laws in Kosovo.

  • Purchase description means the words used in a solicitation to describe the supplies, services, or construction to be purchased, and includes specifications attached to or made a part of the solicitation.
