Terminal Hire definition

Terminal Hire means arrangements for the hire of terminals by us to you under the Terminal Hire Agreements;
Terminal Hire means arrangements for the hire of terminals by us to you under the Terminal Hire Agreements; “Terminal Hire Agreements” means the Regulated Terminal Hire Terms and the Unregulated Terminal Hire Terms; “Third party” means a Person who is not a Party to this Agreement;

Examples of Terminal Hire in a sentence

  • In return for the Fees related to the Technical Services and Terminal Hire, we shall supply you with, respectively, the Technical Services and Terminal Hire in accordance with this Agreement (including any specific terms and conditions contained in Schedule 4 and/or the Terminal Hire Agreements, as applicable), with reasonable care and skill, and in compliance with Applicable Law.

  • On notification to you, we may from time to time vary the rental charges, other charges or payments and/or the terms and conditions of these Unregulated Terminal Hire Terms.

  • In circumstances where the variation constitutes a material variation to these hire terms and conditions, you shall be entitled to terminate these Unregulated Terminal Hire Terms upon one month’s written notice PROVIDED THAT such notice is served upon us within one month of you receiving the notice of variation.

  • The indemnities in this clause are in addition to and do not affect any other indemnity under or in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation in connection with clause 11, the Terminal Hire Agreements, the Technical Services or the Other Payment Services.

  • Paragraphs 5, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31 and 32, and such other clauses as by their nature are intended to survive termination, will continue to apply in respect of the Hired Terminals following termination of these Unregulated Terminal Hire Terms for whatever reason.

  • In return for the Charges related to the Technical Services and Terminal Hire, we shall supply you with, respectively, the Technical Services and Terminal Hire in accordance with this Agreement and in compliance with Applicable Law.

  • CHIP and PIN A Client shall be required to complete the Terminal Hire Services Order Form for this service, in the form included within the standalone Terminal Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions, attached to Section 9: Service Schedule – Digital Payments, Part 2F.

Related to Terminal Hire

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Terminal disease means an incurable and irreversible disease that has been medically confirmed and will, within reasonable medical judgment, produce death within six months.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Terminal Illness means a person is diagnosed by a Physician to have a prognosis of 12 months or less to live.

  • Very high radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving an absorbed dose in excess of 5 Gy (500 rad) in one hour at one meter from a source of radiation or one meter from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Catchment area means the geographical area covered under a Local Homeless Assistance Continuum of Care Plan, as designated and revised as necessary by the State Office on Homelessness, in accordance with Section 420.624, F.S.

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed as a professional athlete or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team or with a professional sports organization.
