  • You will be required to agree to a new version of the Licence Agreement terms through the Portal to add or amend any Certifications or to extend the Term of this Licence Agreement prior to its expiry.

  • The Publisher hereby grants to the Licensee, subject to and in accordance with the terms and during the Term of this Licence Agreement, a non-exclusive licence to access and use the Licensed Material and to allow Institutions and Authorised Users to access and use the Licensed Material hosted on the Publisher's Platform via Secure Network.

Related to Term of this Licence Agreement

  • Term of this Agreement means the term of the current collective agreement between the Board and the Association;
