Term of the Pledge definition

Term of the Pledge refers to the term set forth in Article 3 of this Agreement.
Term of the Pledge means the term in accordance with Article 3 hereunder.
Term of the Pledge shall have the meaning as set forth in Article 6 below;

Examples of Term of the Pledge in a sentence

  • The Pledgee shall have custody of such documents during the entire Term of the Pledge set forth in this Agreement.
