Term Loan PIK Rate definition

Term Loan PIK Rate means two and one-half of one percent (2.50%) per annum.

  • On March 31, 2020, the Town & Country Fourth Amendment to Loan Agreement was amended to allow a Maximum Term Loan PIK Rate of 5.00% for the interest accruing in cash to be payable in kind, at the borrowers election.

  • Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Term Loan Percentage means, with respect to any Term Loan Lender at any time, the percentage of the total outstanding principal balance of the Term Loans represented by the outstanding principal balance of such Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans.

  • Revolving Loan Maturity Date means March 31, 2003.
