The Borrowers will use the proceeds of the Incremental Term Loans and Incremental Revolving Loan Commitments as determined by the Borrowers and the Lenders providing such Incremental Term Loans and Incremental Revolving Loan Commitments.
The Borrower Representative may, at its election, specify as a condition to consummating any Extension Amendment that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request in the Borrower Representative’s sole discretion and as may be waived by the Borrower Representative) of Term Loans, Revolving Credit Commitments or Incremental Revolving Loan Commitments (as applicable) of any or all applicable Classes be tendered.
Each Incremental Request from the Borrowers pursuant to this Section 2.14 shall set forth the requested amount, the Approved Currency and proposed terms of the relevant Incremental Term Loans or Incremental Revolving Loan Commitments.
No Lender shall be obligated to provide any Incremental Term Loans or Incremental Revolving Loan Commitments, unless it so agrees.
