Term Commitment Period definition

Term Commitment Period means, with respect to the Term Facility, the period from and including the Eighth Amendment and Restatement Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the date that is 30 days after the Eighth Amendment and Restatement Effective Date and the date of termination of the Commitments under the Term Facility.
Term Commitment Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including 31 August 2000.
Term Commitment Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date of this Fourth Restated Agreement and ending on the earlier of, (i) the Term Commitment Termination Date, or (ii) the date on which the obligations of the Bank to fund Advances hereunder terminates upon the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Term Commitment Period means the period from the Closing Date to the first anniversary of the Closing Date.
