Temporary disqualification definition

Temporary disqualification means an action taken by the debarment and disqualification officer in accordance with these procedures that immediately excludes a person from participating in any covered transaction for a temporary period or limiting such participation in any way that the debarment and disqualification officer deems appropriate for a temporary period.
