Telenor Ukraina VII means Telenor Ukraina VII AS, a company organized under the laws of Norway.
Telenor Ukraina VII has the meaning specified in Schedule II.
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
BRI ISDN provides a channel with 2- wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of 160 kbps digital services using the ISDN 2B1Q line code. This Loop type is more fully described in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) T1.601-1998 and Frontier TR 72575, as revised from time-to-time. In some cases loop extension equipment may be necessary to bring the line loss within acceptable levels. Frontier will provide loop extension equipment only upon request. A separate charge will apply for loop extension equipment. The 2-Wire ISDN Digital Grade Loop is available only in the former Bell Atlantic Service Areas. In the former GTE Service Areas only, Onvoy may order a 2-Wire Digital Compatible Loop using 2-wire ISDN ordering codes to provide similar capability. Frontier will not build new facilities or modify existing facilities except to the extent required in Section 17 of this Attachment.
Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;
Western Australia the following definitions‑
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.
Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
Cyberbullying means any form of communication by electronic act that is sent with the purpose to:
Cyber-bullying means bullying through the use of technology or any electronic communication, which shall include, but shall not be limited to, any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a:
Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711-1715.
Manager-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is managed by
LCME means Liaison Committee on Medical Education, an organization that accredits educational institutions granting degrees in medicine and surgery. The board approves programs that are accredited by LCME.
Modern Slavery has the meaning given to that term or, if “Modern Slavery” is not used, similar terms (such as forced labor), in the Modern Slavery Laws. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.
SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
PTE means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time.
DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
