Taxable Governmental Note definition

Taxable Governmental Note means the City of Los Angeles Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (Grandview Apartments) Taxable Series 2023T-2 dated the Delivery Date, executed by the Governmental Lender and authenticated by the Fiscal Agent in favor of the Initial Funding Lender, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, or any mortgage note executed in substitution therefor, as such substitute note may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Taxable Governmental Note means, together, the Series B-1 Governmental Note and the Series B-2 Governmental Note.
Taxable Governmental Note means the Series A-2 Governmental Note, evidencing the limited obligation to repay the Taxable Funding Loan.

  • Applicable Governmental Authority means the FERC within the United States and the appropriate governmental authority with subject matter jurisdiction over reliability in Canada and Mexico.

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Federal Reserve Board or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Federal Reserve Board or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor thereto.

  • Local governmental unit means a county, city, village, or township.

  • Local governmental entity means a county, municipality, school district, junior college district, or other political subdivision of this state or a local government corporation, board, commission, district, or authority to which a member is appointed by the commissioners court of a county, the mayor of a municipality, or the governing body of a municipality. The term does not include an association, corporation, or organization of governmental entities organized to provide to its members education, assistance, products, or services or to represent its members before the legislative, administrative, or judicial branches of the state or federal government.

  • Indian Governmental Instrumentality means the Government of India, Governments of state(s), where the Power Projects, Buyer and Buying Entity are located and any ministry, department, board, authority, agency, corporation, commission under the direct or indirect control of Government of India or any of the above state Government(s) or both, any political sub-division of any of them including any court or Appropriate Commission(s) or tribunal or judicial or quasi-judicial body in India;

  • Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • Governmental unit means a governmental unit as defined in section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Consolidated federal income tax return means a consolidated return filed for federal income tax purposes pursuant to section 1501 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Improper governmental action means any action by a district officer or employee:

  • Investor Money Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) Investor Money Regulations 2015 for Fund Service Providers;
