Tax Refund Consideration definition

Tax Refund Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(a)(iii).
Tax Refund Consideration means an amount equal to the sum of the amount of any tax refunds that are from time to time distributable pursuant to Section 9.4(g).

  • Initial Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01.
