Target Maintenance Cost definition

Target Maintenance Cost means the sum of the target Direct Material Cost, target Direct Labor Cost, target Subcontracted Maintenance Labor Cost and target Subcontracted Maintenance Material Cost for a Reporting Period, determined or recalculated by Boeing as appropriate pursuant to the provisions of this Letter Agreement.
Target Maintenance Cost means the sum of the target Direct Material Cost, target Direct Labor Cost, target Subcontracted Maintenance Labor Cost and target Subcontracted Maintenance Material Cost for a Reporting Period, determined or recalculated by Boeing as appropriate pursuant to the provisions of this Letter Agreement and provided to Customer pursuant Attachments C and F to this Letter Agreement, as applicable.

Examples of Target Maintenance Cost in a sentence

  • Public Health Law empowers the Department of Health (DOH) to “make rules and regulations for the protection from contamination of any or all public supplies of potable waters and water supplies of the state” and specifically to empower localities to take actions outside of their municipal borders in order to protect their drinking water supplies.

  • The Target Maintenance Cost is based on the delivery schedule of Covered Aircraft as described in Table 1 of the Purchase Agreement.

  • The Cumulative Actual Maintenance Cost shall not exceed [*]% of the Cumulative Target Maintenance Cost as these terms are defined in this Article 4 (Program Commitment).

  • The Target Maintenance Cost will be calculated by multiplying the Target Mature Maintenance Cost by the maturity factor corresponding to the average age of the Covered Aircraft at the time of the Reporting Period.

  • If the number of Covered Aircraft changes during any Reporting Period, the Target Maintenance Cost will be recalculated for that Reporting Period to address any change to the average fleet age.

  • The Projected Target Maintenance Cost is the sum of a projected target material cost and a projected target labor cost.

  • For conditions relating to maintenance work, refer to the Appendix for the jurisdictional area concerned.

Related to Target Maintenance Cost

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Base Cost means base cost as defined in paragraph 1 of the Eighth Schedule;

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance, and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.

  • Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Licensed Product supplied by or on behalf of NVCR to Zai hereunder if such Licensed Product (or any precursor or intermediate thereof) is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer [***].

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;
