Synaptics GmbH means Synaptics Holding GmbH, a Swiss Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
ICSD means an International Central Securities Depositary;
NTC shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
SARON means a rate equal to the Swiss Average Rate Overnight as administered by the SARON Administrator.
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.
SONIAi means the SONIA Reference Rate for:
ChinaClear means China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
SDP means the Site Development Plan approved by the Local Authority;
COMAR means Code of Maryland Regulations.
Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
APS means the shares of APS being auctioned pursuant to this Section 11.10.
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
SMP : means Significant Market Power;
ICSDs means Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear;
aepaccmeצc means the department of public health.
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day “i” in the relevant Interest Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling “p” London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day “i”.
CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
NTU means nephelometric turbidity unit;
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.
Roentgen means the special unit of exposure. One roentgen (R) equals 2.58 × 10-4 coulombs/kilogram of air (see “Exposure” and 38.4(4)).
ASA means the Auction Settlement Amount (or Cash Settlement Amount, as the case may be) determined under the Credit Default Swap Transaction;
