ICSD definition

ICSD means an International Central Securities Depositary;
ICSD means any or each of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg;
ICSD means any international central securities depository such as Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking SA;

  • The Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Fiscal Agent to elect an ICSD to be Common Safekeeper for the Temporary Global Note and the Permanent Global Note.
