Suspension Notification. Notification to the Commission of the suspension of the Trust Fund's obligation to file reports pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

Suspension Notification. Upon opening the app after the first time of receiving a Suspension, the app screen will have a message why the user was suspended.   • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).
