File Reports. For as long as SCG shall continue to Beneficially Own any Common Shares, the Company shall file on a timely basis all annual, quarterly and other reports required to be filed by it under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the Rules and Regulations of the Commission thereunder, as amended from time to time.
File Reports. For so long as Atlantic owns any Registrable Securities, Homestead shall file on a timely basis all annual, quarterly and other reports required to be filed by it under Section 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, as amended from time to time.
File Reports. DNC reports for individual files will accompany the return of each DNC processed file. Information in the reports will include: a summary of result counts categorized by individual DNC lists, including the list maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (the “FTC”) in the area codes to which Client is entitled access, and specification of whether the phone numbers found on the DNC list have been removed or returned with a flag

For so long as PTR owns any Registrable Securities, Homestead shall file on a timely basis all annual, quarterly and other reports required to be filed by it under Section 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, as amended from time to time.
File Reports. For so long as SCG shall continue to Beneficially Own any Common Shares, the Company shall file on a timely basis all annual, quarterly and other reports required to be filed by it under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the Rules and Regulations of the Commission thereunder, as amended from time to time; provided, however, that for so long as SCG Beneficially Owns at least 10% of the outstanding Common Shares, the Company shall use its best efforts to file such reports at least two (2) business days prior to the day on which such reports would otherwise be required to be filed under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the Rules and Regulations of the Commission thereunder, as amended from time to time."
File Reports. File with the SEC all reports and other documents required of Company under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act so long as Company remains subject to such requirements and the filing of such reports and other documents is required for the applicable provisions of Rule 144; and
File Reports. File with the SEC, in a timely manner, all reports and other documents required of the Company under the Exchange Act (at any time after the Company has become subject to the reporting requirements thereof); and
