1940 Act Notification definition

1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
1940 Act Notification means the Company’s notification of election to be regulated as a BDC under the 1940 Act on Form N-54A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Trust as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
