1940 Act Notification definition

1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
1940 Act Notification means the Company’s notification of election to be regulated as a BDC under the 1940 Act on Form N-54A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time. "1940 Act Rules and Regulations" means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1940 Act. All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, the Initial Registration Statement, any Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, any preliminary prospectus, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to include the copy filed with the Commission pursuant to EDGAR.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.
