Supply Quarter definition

Supply Quarter means three Supply Months corresponding to a Quarter. Supply Start Date means, in relation to a Procurement Year (or a Procurement Round), the first Day of that Procurement Year (or the Procurement Year relating to that Procurement Round).
Supply Quarter means a period of three (3) successive calendar months commencing on the later of (a) the first day of the first full month following delivery of [*] OnQ Aerosol Generators or (b) the Approval Date, and each three (3) successive calendar month period thereafter during the Term.

More Definitions of Supply Quarter

Supply Quarter means three (3) Supply Months corresponding to a Quarter.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
